In a comment on my Blog Brad Brisco recommended I stop by. My wife and I are just beginning the process of adopting from Guatemala. I'm looking forward to reading your story here. I'm also looking forward to learning more about The Well. I am a church planter/missional thinker looking forward to my second project here in Columbus, GA. What your doing sounds very much like what's been in my heart to do for a couple of years now since stepping away from my first church plant to spend time deconstructing and reconstructing my ecclesiology.
