Adoption Trip #5: A Quick Update.
So, a quick update. We met Mason this morning around 9:50 am (mountain time) and we’re spending the day sitting around the pool. He’s been sleeping in the stroller for about an hour now and I just came up to get a good book (Embracing Grace by Scot McKnight – seems fitting).
More later, but this morning was acutaully one of the hardest things we have ever done before. Amazing. Wonderful…and hard.

hey guys! we are reading the updates for cole (revised somewhat of course!) he is doing great. tonight, right before he cried because the carousel was closed at the mall (which was my fault, because i made him wait until we were ready to leave to go on it) he stated “this is fun, staying at your house.” so far, so good. we had fun at mason’s mill this morning and in the back yard sprinkler this afternoon. tomorrow we are headed to the aquarium! we are so happy that you are with mason now. can’t wait to meet him! love you guys!

This must be so crazy for yous guys! I can’t imagine how you both feel and how Mason feels! All this talk for over a year and now it had come true! Amazing. I can not wait to meet him and Todd, your letter to your son was amazing, really touching. He is truly blessed.
