I&#039;m truly sorry about your computer; I know how unnerving computer breakdowns can be.

But ........ what happened on your MacbookPro, which surely is highly unusual, happens on all PCs.

My school gives us a D--l. On the first day I had it, it froze up just doing a simple operation. When I contacted my colleague to see if this happened to him, his response: &quot;That&#039;s OK, Scot, that&#039;s how those computers work.&quot;</description>
