But …….. what happened on your MacbookPro, which surely is highly unusual, happens on all PCs.

My school gives us a D–l. On the first day I had it, it froze up just doing a simple operation. When I contacted my colleague to see if this happened to him, his response: “That’s OK, Scot, that’s how those computers work.”
