My Prayer Today

God I confess that a need of instant gratification has infected my spiritual life in more ways than I even know. Lord, grant me the patience to allow you to form into the image of your Son at your speed and in your ways. Not just my mechanical actions, or my external appearances, but radically alter and transform my inward character….

Amen.
