		<description>I read The Search to Belong in the spring and I found the ideas a bit overwhelming at first...  But as I prepare to kickoff student ministries this fall, I find myself referring to the four spaces and valuing people where they are fairly consistently in training leaders, discussions with parents, and other places.  It started some very interesting discussion when I used one of the chapters as a basis for our church staff devotions.  It&#039;s sunk in and it makes sense!
