God Hates Philadelphia Sports Teams
And this is proof…
Â
I took this on my way home from an appointment this morning in Doylestown. Â It will be interesting to see how the rest of the series plays out now that Philly’s ace (Cole Hamels) has pitched and was pretty much wasted. Â I for one hope that they get to play tomorrow and that the Phillies pull it out here in the city. Â I’ve lived here long enough (12 years) to have a small place in my heart for the Philly sports teams.

I question a “God” that favors a Florida baseball team over one from the northeast.
Seems that God is just to make things more dramatic for the Phills.

Its not that God favors Florida… its just that he is against Philly.

That is insane man!!! Looks like the pitching mound may need to be a snow bank. I can’t believe you were out in that. Philly folks cannot be trusted in the snow… they don’t salt those roads very well. Maybe they’ll be able to start the world series up in the spring???

The weather here is absolutely insane today. At one point, I heard thunder while all those massive snowflakes were dropping.
I hit up the Obama rally in Chester this morning and, after waiting 4 hours in line, I was more wet and cold than I’ve ever been in my life. I thought three long-sleeves and a winter coat would suffice. D’oh.

lol - yeah you’re right. a god against philly is more believable. (but if he’s for Boston, consider me an atheist).

I’ve waited my whole life for a championship. I guess I could wait a few more days. However, the weather is a buzz-kill. If we win, as long as the weather for the parade is good, I won’t really care.

Not that your blog isn’t fabulous, of course, but I’m seriously puzzled as to WHY ESPN linked to you, yet at the same time, I’m oddly proud! Way to go!

Do I have to retract this now?

I don’t know what to do with victory. This has never been in my framework before.
