One of my biggest passions is serving the wider church. I am available for speaking and coaching for you, your church or your church leaders. For the last 10 years I have been intimately involved with the creation and development of The Well – a missional church community in Lower Bucks County, the Ecclesia Network – a missional church network throughout the US, and my own business as a web designer with 343design.

Leadership Coaching:
I am trained as a leadership coach through the Ecclesia Network and love to serve as a mentor and coach to leaders who are seeking to navigate the transition that we are facing in this new world.
I am trained to coach both individual leaders as well as church leadership teams towards finding more balanced and holistic strengths based leadership model based off of the equipper gifts of Ephesians 4 and other strengths-based leadership models.
