Stop. Sit. Listen. [Prayer]
Slowing down to pray. Not easy.
Why?
It’s not as simple as marking off a check list, or reading a blog or watching tv
It takes more effort than that.
It takes stopping life for a bit to, well,
stop.
sit.
listen.
Not,
Run,
move,
talk.
My whole life has been practice to not pray.
Maybe that’s why this is so hard.
I’m changing 29 years of bad habits.
Not easy.
Stop. Sit. Listen.
Yeah, that’s prayer that I’m not used to.
