We're at planning stage to begin in October of this year a ministry to new immigrants to our country in Hudson County, NJ. The first two days will be ESL, and the third day will be a bible study. I need suggestions of bible studies. Please email luis.iza@verizon.net

Wayne, thanks. really, that approach has transformed my blogging. i find that with twitter and facebook and my ability to automatically add links to new posts there, lots of people from my church are actually reading my blog. that both gives me motivation to write more and be pastoral in how i approach what i write about.

I like this.
The temptation towards "stat-whoredom" is completely incompatible w/ the pastoral vocation - and yet using it as a platform to further pastoral ministry is a different perspective I'll be thinking about...

Esther, interesting that an effort to highlight women bloggers actually makes the problem even worse or at least highlights the problem.

Hey Todd congrats on making the list. Looks like some good blogs to add to my reader. But I have to be honest it makes me sad to see that we are still at a place where women pastors have to have their own section and no where else in the list of 50 blogs is a womans name mentioned. We still have so far to go.
