Just remember it does get easier. Once they can read themselves is a big milestone. It's actually pleasant now. My kids don't really like planes but at least they don't scream about it. I have to laugh now when Lila gives the hairy eyeball to crying children. I tell her it's paybacks for all the people she terrorized.
