What is the Gospel?
Piggybacking on the question of what you say when someone asks about my church, what do you say if a non-christian were to ask you, “What is the gospel?”
Andrew Hamilton a “mate” from Australia (aka Hamo) asks this:
“A good friend who would not regard themselves as a Christian asks you ‘What is the gospel?’
What do you reply?”
My shot at this answer was in a comment was…
That God, through Jesus Christ, is making this world into what it was meant to be.
