In the Bible, Hebrews chapter 11 tells the stories of faithful men and women of faith who have gone before us. Their stores of faith, seen most clearly in their actions, are meant to inspire us follow their example and live as a community that exists to be blessed and be a blessing to others.

Here at The Well, with these stories as our inspiration, God continues the story that is told in Hebrews 11…

In 2006…

By faith, the people of The Well tried to their best to embody the love and hope of Jesus Christ in their homes, places of work, places of leisure and everywhere they went. By faith, they trusted that God would use them to embody and tell of the hope that is found in Jesus Christ.

By faith, The Well was a host venue for the Invisible Children National Tour Screening. Over 60 people viewed this documentary that told of the atrocities that were taking place in Uganda. By faith, a check was sent for $500 toward the cause from the generosity of those who viewed the documentary.

By faith, in April over 30 people from The Well braved the cold and “slept” outside in Independence National Park (near the Liberty Bell) to support and bring awareness to the Invisible Children cause….
